Ryan is an experienced business operator and business development leader in the professional services space in both large multi-national and global organizations.
Ryan began his career in multiple sales roles, doing
his own business development and building his client portfolio. He then transitioned to managing and leading sales teams across multiple divisions.
He then went on to run the Canadian and US operation of a tech consulting company based in Europe and led that team to 215% headcount growth, 225% top-line growth, and 1,500% EBITDA growth, in the span of 4 years.
Prior to his professional career, Ryan has always been a salesperson at heart, he grew up with it at home, his Dad was an executive VP Sales for a large semiconductor distributor, and he always worked summer jobs or part-time jobs in customer service and sales. Ryan also currently does advisory work with startups and does work on boards of directors too.
